Does anyone know if the newer taillights will fit an 03 model?

Yes, you can switch to the new one :) but its expencive since there is no "pack" offer , and you have to buy the light one by one. That means that you could easly will have to pay 750-1000$ for the lights ! I'm going to replace to "newer" lights on my 04 saab :) it will indeed look nicer;)
