Engine cranks but won't start

1999 Service eng. light came on while driving. Shut the engine off and added water, & now it wouldn't crank over. Cleaned battery terms. and hooked up jump cables. Engine cranks, has spark, has fuel rail pressure but won't even fire a little. ??????

clean a few plugs at least 3

Came out from work and the car won't start. Doesn't turn over or anything. Tried jumping it and then around the battery and still nothing. Dash lights, headlights and radio are working.
