how to find fuse box for brake lights

the fuse panel is on the driver's end of the dash - the cover is visible with the driver's door open, also there are fuses and relays in the power distribution box in the engine compartment

I have a 2001 Ford Explorer Sport Trac and the anti theft light blinks really fast when I go to start it and but it won't start I'm looking for the reset switch for the anti theft button I've tried everything on connecting the battery check on my steering wheel pressing 7890 and on the door handle unlocking and locking the doors getting on the key on the steering well
