I have a 97 dodge ram 2500 ext cab. The doors are rusted at the bottom. I found doors online from a 98 ram 1500 ext cab from a salvage yard. Will these doors fit the same way?

I do have the steering stabilizer fix, Service bulletin H46. Replaced shocks last weekend. Reading about suggested repairs but can't seem to find any one stating these repairs fix the problem.
