Question type: General

I have a 1998 dodge ram 1500 sport my driver side door
will not lock with the switch when locking it makes a noise
like it's trying to lock but want any suggestions thanks

you can try spraying silicone lube into the lock. in the key spot outside, and the latch mechanism. I have a hunch though that your actuator is just wearing out.
