electronic manual for 1500 Ram

I cannot believe haynes doesn't have a digital copy of repair literature. Where can I find a comprehensive electronic version?

Google "2003 Ram shop manual," there are a couple of companies that sell these on CD-Rom with wiring diagrams for around $30.
