96 Buick Century that has rear tail lights that stay on.

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

We have a 96 Century that has tail lights that intermittently stay on even after the key is turned off and removed.  This of course kills the battery after a while.  Is this likely to be in the ignition switch, or something else?

Ing switch won't do that.If in fact it's your tail lites its the head lite switch if it's the brake lites which I think it's either the switch itself or needs adj to pedal.
