my power seats dont move when i change driver settings from 1 to 2 anymore

Try re-entering the seating positions like when you first got the car.

My almost-certified ASE husband said the electronic-seat motor probably needs replaced.

That would mean that three seat motors failed at the same time. It's more probable that the body controlled module has dropped the individual settings.
