Nappa Leather is more exclusive and is smooth.The perforated option is only available in 2007 onwards on the new model when you opt for the seat heating or active ventilation package the perforation are little holes in the leather to let out air.

Nappa leather is a leather that is more soft and doesnt have the shiny surface. the perforated has small  wholes which you need if you have air cond in your seat.

look at the name buddy lol nappa is in Italy so its probably Italian leather which is the highest quality leather you can get and Nevada is leather is probably far below that because Nevada is probably one of the worst states
