repairing exhaust leak

Is it possible to repair an exhaust leak at the exhaust (drivers side ) on a 65 tbird without removing the engine?

It depends on where the noise is coming from but I would say yes it is possible.

If it is at the exhaust manifold where it bolts to the cylinder head it may be an ugly job.
