I have a 1974 f-350 I need to know how much it weighs

5400lbs curb weight, but I don't know if I trust the source. To find out for sure have your VIN # and go to http://www.fordification.net/tech/vin.htm

If it's for licensing, you should go to a truck scale and have it weighed. The sticker on the door will only tell you what it can carry.
