I have a 81 Ford F-250. When I first got the truck it had an idling problem and needed to be jumped every time. I replaced the carberator, battery, starter, and wall mounted solenoid that comes from battery. I still get nothing when I turn the key. No lights, no turn over, nothing. What could the problem be?

you have a new battery so you are getting 12 volts. If you have nothing at all no lights, no radio, noting then it would seem you are not completing the circuit such as no ground or a bad ground or a blown or bad fusible link...
