i need repair&maintenance maual for '79 escort

Hi. I am from south africa and proud owner of a '79 escort.
I would like to restore and repair it,
but i do not know much about cars in general.
Is there anywhere i can get a repaire and maintenace manual.
Also need ideas in the visual department.
