87 corvette, dash lights won't come on, high beam and blinker indicators won't go off

My initial thought is a bad ground, of course being fiberglass 'Vettes need good solid grounds for the electrical systems to work correctly. Start by checking the 2 under the hood near the headlights. Trace the ground wires, cleant them up good and replace see if that does the trick.
