And out of the 12,500, 440 had the big block 348.Engines varied from 250hp to the dual carbed 450hp.This was one of my favorite cars to drive. It was the fire orange with a 4 speed on the floor. Amazing enough, i got 18mpg.

Carnutt63 I was wondering where you came up with the number of 1961 Belairs that came with Big Block motors? I am doing research on this subject and have looked everywhere I can think of for this info.
