is preset from factory,cant adjust,posability,check for vacume leak.

I believe this is controlled through the ECM and cannot be manually adjusted.

On the 1994 Tercel the idle can be adjusted with a flat top screwdriver. I believe the 1991-1994 are the same. See attached image.

Symptoms are vehicle overheats very quickly. I believe that the radiator fan runs. Windshield defroster was putting a film on inside of windshield. I have not replaced the thermostat or radiator cap....
