i want to modify ma car....ive put a muffler n removd d catalaytic converter...can i use turbo...if yes wat specifications am i suposd 2 doo...

I don't believe you will be able to use a turbo. By removing your catalytic convertor you have violated federal law and are now eligible for up to $50,000 in fines or jail time. Good luck.
that is not neccesarely true depending on the state or province you live in some don't make you have a catylitic converter, you can turbo the motor but if you really want to use the turbo to it's full extent you should rebuild the motor with performance parts and lower comp pistons and i think it is unlikely that your motor is 1.3 because the 3EE motor that came in tercels from 91-94 was 1.5 the only 1.3 i know of was the 4EFTE wich was the next generation of the same motor and it was already turbo and came on the starlet which was only sold in japan. if for some crazy reason you have a 4efe in there you should be able to turbo it no problem
