Why won't my 92 Toyota celiac starts up but engage is it the trainsmission

Ok so my 92 celiac was leaking transmission fluid so I replaced a bad seal now it starts up but won't engage is my
transmission burnt up or something please help

How or who replaced the bad seal? Is the fluid at the correct level? Were there any wires disconnected?
