How is it overflowing? Is it spraying to much or is the fuel leaking out sonewhere?

Leaking over the top and partially spraying underneath along with quick dripping

Is it coming from the injector nozzle or somewhere else on the throttle body? It shouldn't come from anywhere no matter the fuel pressure. If it' spraying from the nozzle without the engine turning over then you need a new injector. If it's coming from somewhere on the throttle body then a gasket has failed or somehow the housing cracked.

Hmm- I think I have a bad injector I noticed this when I moved them to their opposite housings. Right bad injector to left housing and left good injector to right housing. This time right housing stayed dry but left leaked. I also noticed that I forgot to lubricate my larger o-rings.

The o rings cause leaks but it sounds like a leaky injector

Replaced the leaky injector and my truck is running better, although I did notice the engine tremble a little at idle. I also noticed rpm would slightly go down then pick back up to a good idle.

Got same issue in my 1990 K1500 5.7. Injectors POUR fuel into TBI upon switching the key to run position (but not trying to crank). (everything is new) I mean whoa, almost overflowing for a quick second. Ummmm...
