Hi jack329, This seems to be a Canadian promotion only. Honda has promoted a "Specialized Hardrock Edition" that consists of a specialized hardrock sport bicycle, roof rack crossbar, bike attachment, hood edge protector, front splash guards, specialized badging and cargo tray. Hope this helps!
