I have a 1977 ford f150 with a 351 engine in it. It dies sometimes and has trouble starting again, as if fuel isnt getting to the carborator. I have a 1989 F/150 302, I am not getting power to the High Pressure fuel pump, I am not sure about the low pressure pumps power, I just replaced the saddle in-tank pump to no avail, I did remove the high pressure pump amd confirmed that it was working with 12 volt battery, I am not sure where to go from here, the truck has set for years and was given to me, I really want to get it runnung, does anyone have the quick fix? I have a 2002 ford taurus that loses rail pressure. After about three hours I have no pressure at all. The car will also stall when I put it into gear unless it runs for about 5 minutes. There is no fuel odor. I can crimp the line ahead of the fuel tank and it still looses pressure. It dont find a return line to check. I have replaced the rail pressure sensor and it did nothing. Could this be a stuck injector or is it most likely a pump? 1 Answer
