I have a late model 85 camaro and would like to know what engine is in it? Or how can i find out?

Hello gnmn-- The answer to your question is included in your Vehicle Identification Number. The eighth digit from the left is the engine code. For no additional charge I will send you to a site that will tell you what that number means. Go to-- http://www.chevy-camaro.com/chevy-camaro-VIN-decode-third-gen.asp.
