1993 Camry won't shit into 2nd, 4th and reverse (manual)

Feels all mushy when I go to shift and most of the time, the car won't shit into 2nd, 4th and reverse.

any thing been done to clutch system lately? by "mushy" do you mean spongy sounds like air in system . try bleeding it ?
