They won't go off,any help is appreciated. i cant get to my fuse box because some  cop twisted the #'s and didnt know the code either ,do you know how i can get it opened? PRAYING YOU KNOW

Sounds like your headlight switch is broken. You'll have to take this to a mechanic. You might try disconnecting the headlight switch itself until then, sometimes this can be accessed easily.

i have the same issue, at first when i turned my right signal to turn my bright lights would come on, now they won't go off
