I have a 93 Pontiac Grand prix 2 door. My husband put gas in it and it wouldn't start. The next day I got it to start 3 times in a row and now it sounds like it will start but it doesn't.

Some cars are overly sensitive to 'topping off' the tank. Did the car actually stall at the gas pump, or he drove it home okay and then it wouldn't start?

After He put a 1/2 tank in at the pump then it wouldn't start. The next day it started up 3 times and now it won't fire.
