What all do I needa check when replacing the motor? The car was sitting for a year with the engine not covered.

The hood was off for a year. It was sitting under a tree and the only thing covering the
engine was a towel. Were going to put a different engine in it this summer. What all do I
need to do to make sure everything is good?

Flush the fuel system tank and all, inspect all brake and fuel lines under the car, replace all coolant hoses heater hoses included, have the radiator flushed, inspect and clean all electrical connections, change trans fluid and screen.
