2005 sunfire runs when jump started

car ran great until last night. Had to jump start it and ran fine except for
clicking noise from glove box area. shut off and won't start like dead battery.
checked battery and seems fine. tried to start and got the clicking noise again
from dash/glove box and then dead once i turned the key to start car.
