low beam lights dont work

my low beam lights dont work, why ?? the bulbs ARE GOOD, checked relays , fuses, replaced my switch for my lights. parking brake is not pused in at all either..can any one help??  FUSTRATED

if your high beam works from turn signal handle but still have no low beam when high beam is turn off, suggest replacing it with use part from junk yard about 20.00
