Gm warrenities

Two months ago I bought a 2004 Pontiac grand prix gtp, fully loaded. I went and got the tires balanced and rotated. And in the process I find out my tires have an inch of play in them. My rear shocks are pissing out fluid, my chrome rims are flaking off inches of chrome. I also got the 3year bumper to bumper warrenty just in case. Well GM will only fix one shock, they are saying the damange is minimal. And they said they are just waiting for the other stuff to get worse. I'm pissed off because I went though this with my 2000 grand am se not even six months ago. Should I bring it back? I mean I dont want to but if they are doing this now about fixing stuff its just going to get worse in the future right?
