Drove to my girlfriends parnets house and
than we were going to leave but my car
wouldn't start lights turn radio works
battery's not dead it just won't crank over
and start ? How can I fix this

make sure car is in park..get underneath and start lightly tapping a starter with hammer (not too hard to damage the housing) while someone is trying to start it..if it starts, you need a new starter..it means brushes in starter are worn and are not touching rotor inside the starter to crank it..
