we have a humming noise in the right front end,gets louder as we reach a certain speed.

Are the ABS, TRAC OFF and SVS lights on? Def Wheel bearing then, VSS can detect worn roller bearings

My 1999 Alero makes a rattle noise when idle. Goes away when driving. The noise gets really load when I turn on the heat or AC. What could it be?

Sometimes after I turn I hear a clicking noise sounds like the turn signal/hazards sound. It can happen anytime and for any amount of time at random intervals.

When i go over bumps, or anything of the sort the front of my car makes a "bump" or "knocking" noise. Weve checked the shocks, but they are fine. We can't figure out what it is... it just started hap...

Starter doesn't seem to "release" and causes a loud grinding noise for a second or two... 1 answer

Dealership replaced starter...no change...sounds like the starter motor gear is not dis-engaging from the fly wheel for a brief moment...makes loud screeching noise for a second or two...didn't do it ...
