my 2nd gear grinds when im above 3000 rpm... cant find the problem.. advise needed thanks.

chances are your going to need a rebuild sounds like a syncro is going bad possibly a clutch and throw out bearing issue as well is it making any noises besides the grinding like a metal on metal noise or just grinding. If it's just grinding it means your syncro is going out and your going to need a new transmission or a rebuild.
