Mitsubishi Eclipse Forum : “Fuel Pump”

Changing a fuel pump is not an extremely difficult operation on any car.  If this is your first time, I would recommend getting someone who has done that before to show you the ropes.

it isn't that bad... u take ur back seat out and it is right there...

thats what i like about the this car you just take out the backseat and the pump and tank is right there

took me 15 min to change mine , back seats out , open gas cap to release pressure, unplug harness, loosen the clamps and hoses B4 u unscrew this makes it stationary and easier to remove. make sure nuting gets in the tank when u take the top off
