I have a 2001 Eclipse GT and unless the key is in the on or run position i have no power to my headlights, door locks, or dome lights. Everything appears to work once the key is in the run position and the engine does not have to be running. Is this an ECU issue or something to do with the factory alarm/immobilizer? All fuses in engine compartment and dash have been checked as well. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
