I have a 2001 eclipse and was wondering if it could support two twelve inch kicker subs that peak at 300watts and a 1000watt amp?

easily, as long as the wiring is done properly and your two 12inch subs and a box fit in the back, I have a 1800 watt amp and a 1200 watt sub in my eclipse
