Has anyone experienced a PO300 (random misfire) and had the problem be the camshaft sensor ? 6 answers

I get codes PO300 PO303, and PO305. I have changed all plugs, wires, cap, rotor, and coil. EGR system seems fine. Compression is fine. Any chance it could be the CMP ? Anyone experience this ?
