My 03' was doing this, especially when the engine was warmed up. When cold it didn't happen. Turned out to be the Idle Air Control Valve. New one cost about $45.00 and took about 5 minutes to replace. A very easy job and solved the problem once and for all. If your check engine light is on the code may be "Low Engine Idle". I had that after a few months of problems.
