ABS/VSC Light is on after wheel barron-brake job completed

Just had wheel barron replaced and brakes done, now my ABS/VSC light is on. When I accelerate, the car wont go and seems to want to drag a bit... Any suggestions as to what it may be? Any help would be appreciated!
