1995 t bird problem

car hesitates sometimes when taking off from stop.When you punch the accelerator it cuts out and wont accelerate.When you ease in to accelerator it accelerates just fine and cruises okay on highway.Any suggestions as to what could be causing this?

replace your throttle position senser.check out my garage,just click name under pic,scroll doen to 89-94 t-bird click then on right click see all 6 pics.
