how do you remove the glove box latch on a gmc vandura ?

Look on the inside of the glove box at the latch, you should be able to figure it out.

the obvious is 2 1/4 " screws!!!the problem is removing the other part of the latch that you turn to open it up therein lies the mystery ..

Oh, I see, it is different from what I was thinking, look for a tiny set screw or a clip in behind, or might be pressed on. Look on line for a new part to see if you can pick up on anything, I am just poking & hoping here...
