A/C Won't Blow Cold Air?  New Compressor.  93 Jeep Grand Cherokee

I replaced the AC compressor last year due to a leak, and after a charge it was good for the rest of the year.

Now this summer the AC is blowing warm again.  I bought a can of the 134 from Wal Mart (with the gauge on it) and it took a little, but was showing full (into the yellow zone).  The compressor/clutch is cycling very fast (seconds on, seconds off) but is not blowing cool air.  What could be causing this?

At first I thought it might be the switch, but if that was bad wouldn't the compressor not come on at all?  Could it be a clog somewhere in the evaporator area or the orifice tube?  The side where you put the 134 in seems to build high pressure and then release just as the compressor turns on.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
