What the of coolant& how to clean rust from overflow tank

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

You can remove the overflow tank and clean it out but what I would be concerned about is cleaning the rust out of your cooling system and engine. Use a good radiator cleaner and flush the engine out really good and then install some new anti-freeze, 50% water and 50% anti-freeze. Add a good rust preventative like Redline water wetter ----
