Car stalls when put in Drive or Reverse

My car stalls in the morning when I put it in drive or reverse. Recently I started to smell gasoline. After its running in park for 5-10 minutes can typically drive. Has gotten worse in the cold. Please help!

what is the vehicle?it sounds like a possible choke but need a little info

I would imagine that it's flooding out. Either a problem with one of the engine sensors or perhaps leaking fuel injectors. Take this to a mechanic ASAP!

When was the last time a complete tune up was done? you will be suprised how bad plugs, wires (other start/ inj parts) will make a engine cranky
