The most common problem is a faulty ABS wheel speed sensor. But also your brakes pads might been replacement or your brake fluid is low in the reservoir. Have it looked at ASAP, brake issues aren't to be left go.

My 07 FX35 had same problem, with VDC OFF and SLIP lights staying on as soon as the key was turned on. Lights should go off in 2 seconds after key is turned. When the SLIP light is on, the vehicle becomes very unstable on wet or slippery surfaces. I discovered the rear brake pads were getting pretty thin. Though I replaced them, the lights didn't go out until I rebooted the computer. I disconnect both positive and negative terminals to the battery. Waiting a few minutes with light switch on, to drain all juice from system and reconnected. All is fine now. You should then take the vehicle for a short ride at minimum 19 MPH for at least 1 minute to reteach computer.
