by manually, you mean without the help of the onboard computer? NO there isn't a way.

It resets anytime in fuel up, but I want to reset it my self amd I am not sure how.

...well on your computer control, there's a choice of 'reset values'...at least on our Prius there is, also on the MINI...so somewhere out there is a reset 'virtual' button- must be in a menu you don't normally go to~
