Do a fuel pressure test...

INSURE ENGINE IS COLD BEFORE DOING THIS TEST!!!! Get plenty of rags; disconnect the feed line to the fuel filter. Wrap the line end with rags then have some one tun the key to the "RUN" position. If the pump is working correctly, fuel should squirt out the line; (Thus the rags to control it!) If that checks out ok; YOU HAVE A WORKING PUMP! Fuel is getting to the filter. Now, reattach that line and remove the outlet line. Do the same test see if fuel exits the filter. If it does, FUEL IS MAKING IT TO THE ENGINE. Your problem is throttle body or injector related.

OOPS!..forgot a step. If the fuel DOES NOT EXIT the FILTER, replace the filter.
