Those are things you should have known prior to disassembly. The bolts should have been labeled as well. Sorry dude, sounds like you are in WAY over your head. Bail if you can and get a professional to take care of it.

Pick up a Haynes manual or similar...

I'm not sure but I think you make 3 passes...Once again pick up a manual to check these numbers...

~25 ft-lb
~55 ft-lb
~72 ft-lb

Starting from the middle and working to the outside, crossing back and fourth...  I'm not sure how else to describe the torque pattern... Let me try and find a picture somewhere.....
