lights stay on on my 1997 crown vic. when the car is shut off. what is iy

The ignition switch "NOT Ignition cylinder" which is on the steering column under the dash. You will have to remove the bolts and lower the column to get to the switch.

My car want crank security light on I pull to plugs off at da same time and didn't crank again
