Will VW create a MKVI GTI with a diesel engine?
NO ! that would be a TDI not a GTI
There is a MkV Golf GT with a 2.0 litre 125kW diesel engine. I'm pretty sure the GTI will remain as a petrol version only in MkVI too, and the diesel version is going to be GT.
I beg to differ....I had a MKIV Golf GTI 25th Anniversary with a 1.9 TDi Engine but it was labelled and badged at factory by VW as a GTI
That is possible, I ain't a pro concerning Wolks, But i knew the logic behind thier labels, I'm more of a Honda kind ;)still isn't it stupid to call it a Gasoline Turbo Injected while it's simply a Turbo Diesel injected ????
