How reset security system on a 09 fusion if its only shutdown mode

My car wont start but even though my battery is good.
When I try jump start it it wont start at all. But with
cable connected to the other car everything electrical
lights comes on but its still wont start.
Not Active
try the key on key off 3 times,dont try to crank,just on-off.and never use jumper cables on your car from the battery,newer cars have terimals to use for jump starting.
